⏰ Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. All clients must arrive with clean lashes. Please come with no eye makeup, mascara, or residue on the lashes. ⸻ 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling All appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. No call/no shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged an additional $20 fee on top of the deposit. ⸻ 💳 Deposits & Payments A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to book all appointments. A card on file is required to secure your booking. All deposits go toward your service total. Remaining balances can be paid via Cash, Card, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App. All services are non-refundable. ⸻ 🕓 Hours & Scheduling Appointments are available from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Bloom Babe Beauty Bar is appointment only — no walk-ins are accepted. Please book in advance to secure your preferred date and time, as availability is limited. ⸻ 🌙 Weekend Appointments All Saturday and Sunday appointments will include a $20 weekend fee. This fee must be selected at the time of booking and will be added if not included. ⸻ 👥 Guests No additional guests are allowed unless pre-approved. I work from a private suite inside Cloud 9 Salon and strive to maintain a calm, clean, and focused environment for every client. ⸻ 💖 Fills & Retention Fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain your lash set. Clients arriving with less than 40% of extensions remaining will be required to book a full set. If you are unsure whether to book a fill or full set, please reach out prior to booking so we can determine the best option. ⸻ 🔄 Foreign Fills Foreign fills are priced at $100. Lashes must be clean and free of makeup prior to your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse a foreign fill and require a removal + full set if the current work does not meet my standards or would affect retention. ⸻ ✨ Specialty Lash Sets Specialty lash sets include detailed, customized styles such as anime, wispy, wet, or strip-lash looks. These sets require additional time, precision, and customization. Pricing starts at $155 and may vary based on the desired style, density, and time required. ⸻ ⚠️ Agreement By booking an appointment with Bloom Babe Beauty Bar, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all policies listed above.
