Cancellation Policy
⏰ Arrivals
•Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
💳 Deposits & Payments
•A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to book your appointment.
•All clients must have a card on file to secure services.
• No refunds
•Remaining balances can be paid via Cash, Card, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay.
📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling
•Changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
•No call/no shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours will be an additional $20 on top of the deposit.
🌙 After Hours
•Appointments scheduled after 5:00 PM will include an additional $15 after-hours fee.
👥 Guests
•No additional guests are allowed unless pre-approved. I work from a private suite inside Cloud 9 Salon, and I want to maintain a comfortable and focused environment for you during your service.
💖 Fills, Retention & Foreign Fills
•To maintain your lashes, I recommend booking fills every 2–3 weeks.
•Anything less than 40% of extensions remaining will be considered a full set.
•Foreign fills (fills on work done by another artist) will include an additional $20 fee due to the extra time required for assessment, removal, and balancing.
•If you are unsure whether to book a fill or full set, please message me so we can determine the best option.
